Payment & Cancellation Policy

(For online bookings, packages, rooms, spa, activities, yoga and restaurant reservations)

1. General Terms

By completing a booking and making an online payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Payment is made securely online at the time of booking. Bookings including more than 9 rooms are considered group bookings, and separate terms and conditions apply.

Gift cards cannot be used as an online payment method. If you wish to pay with a gift card, please contact us via email or phone and we will assist you.

2. Packages – Payment & Cancellation Terms

2.1. Cancellation With Cancellation Protection (SEK 295 per room)

• Free cancellation and rebooking (excluding the fee for cancellation protection) until 10:00 on the day of arrival, if a valid medical certificate is provided.
• Cancellation protection is per room. One medical certificate applies to one room only.

If cancelled within the permitted time, all prepaid amounts (excluding the protection fee) will be refunded.

2.2. Cancellation Without Cancellation Protection

• Free cancellation and rebooking up to 7 days before arrival.
• From 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged to the card provided as security.
• Special events may have different cancellation terms.

3. Hotel Rooms – Payment & Cancellation Terms

3.1. Cancellation With Cancellation Protection (SEK 295 per room)

• Free cancellation and rebooking (excluding the protection fee) until 10:00 on the day of arrival with a valid medical certificate.
• One medical certificate applies to one room only.
• Later than 10:00 on the arrival day: 100% of the stay will be charged.

3.2. Cancellation Without Cancellation Protection

• Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival.
• Later than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the stay will be charged.

4. Spa & Yoga – Payment & Cancellation Terms

4.1. Booking Rules

• Your booking is binding.
• Check‑in for spa visits takes place at Torggatan 5.
• Check‑in for yoga takes place at Lastköpingsgatan 5, Trefaldighetgården.

4.2. Cancellation of Spa Activities

• Cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before arrival.
• Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the booked amount.
• Medical certificates are valid only for the person listed on the certificate.

4.3. Treatment Bookings

• Please consult us before booking if you are pregnant, taking medication, or have a medical condition, as some treatments may not be suitable.
• In case of illness, a medical certificate must be emailed to us no later than 15:00 the day after the scheduled arrival.
• If no certificate is received, the booking will be charged in full.

4.4. Additional Spa Conditions

• Only one discount or voucher can be used per booking.
• Gift cards must be notified in advance.
• Minimum age in the spa is 16 years accompanied by an adult, otherwise 18 years.
• After 19:00, the spa is strictly 18+.
• During school holidays, special hours may be offered for children aged 12+ with an adult.

5. Restaurant – Payment & Cancellation Terms

5.1. À La Carte Bookings

• Your table reservation is binding.
• Free cancellation until 12:00 on the day of arrival.
• Late arrival or no‑show will be charged SEK 395 per reservation.

5.2. Groups of 9+ Guests

• Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the booked amount.
• Groups must pre‑order one menu for the entire party at least 48 hours before arrival.
• If no choice is submitted, the restaurant will serve the evening’s set menu for the whole group.

6. Online Payments

• All online bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
• Payments are processed securely according to industry standards.
• Bookings of more than 9 rooms fall under group booking policies.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be redeemd online.
